At QUANTEX we respect your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect through quantex.com.py (the "Site"), why we process it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the National Constitution of the Republic of Paraguay (articles 33 and 135) and current Paraguayan personal data protection legislation.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide and the minimum necessary for the Site to work:

  • Contact form: full name, company, email, phone, service of interest, approximate budget and the message you send us.
  • Direct communications: the data you share when you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited, which the server logs automatically for security and operational reasons.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (health, religion, ideology, etc.) or data from minors.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your inquiries and preparing proposals or quotes.
  • Providing the contracted services and managing the business relationship.
  • Sending you information about our services, only if you have given us your consent.
  • Ensuring the security of the Site and preventing fraudulent use.
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form or contact us), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:

  • Providers that supply necessary services (web hosting, email, messaging such as WhatsApp), who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some of these providers may be located outside Paraguay. In those cases we seek to ensure they offer adequate protection guarantees.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within a maximum of 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use the browser's local storage and technical cookies essential for its operation. We currently do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Policy and announce it on the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encrypted connection, access control, backups) to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. No system is completely infallible, but we work to maintain an adequate level of security.

9. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@quantex.com.py with the subject "Data protection". We will respond within a reasonable time. You are also protected by the constitutional guarantee of habeas data (article 135 of the National Constitution of Paraguay).

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, social networks or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their privacy policies, so we recommend reviewing them.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
