These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website quantex.com.py (the "Site") and the general terms for contracting the services offered by QUANTEX. By using the Site or contracting our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

QUANTEX provides web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, paid advertising, content production and custom software development services, among others. The information published on the Site is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, timelines, deliverables and price of each service are defined in the commercial proposal or contract signed with each client, which prevails over these Terms in case of discrepancy.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Submit false information or impersonate third parties through the forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, servers or databases.
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code, or take actions that damage or overload the Site.
  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit the Site's content without authorization.

4. Contracting, prices and payments

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal.
  • Prices are expressed in Paraguayan guaraníes (PYG) or US dollars (USD), as indicated, and include or exclude VAT as specified.
  • Recurring services (for example, monthly SEO or maintenance) are invoiced in advance for each period, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of the service until they are settled.

5. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide the necessary information, access and materials (copy, images, logos, credentials) in a timely manner and guarantees that it holds the rights to such materials. Delays attributable to the client may affect the agreed delivery dates.

6. Results

Search engine rankings and campaign performance depend on external factors we do not control, such as the algorithms of Google and other platforms, competition or market developments. Therefore, unless expressly agreed in writing, we commit to applying our best professional efforts and good practices, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. The figures shown in case studies correspond to real projects and do not imply they will be repeated in other projects.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (copy, designs, logos, trademarks, code and images) is the property of QUANTEX or its licensors and is protected by Paraguayan copyright and trademark law.

Once the service has been paid in full, the client acquires the rights of use over the deliverables developed specifically for it, under the terms of the contract. QUANTEX retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, components and methodologies, and may mention the project in its portfolio unless the client indicates otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information they access in connection with the business relationship, both during and after its term.

9. Limitation of liability

QUANTEX shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the Site or the services, nor for interruptions caused by third parties (hosting providers, advertising platforms, search engines) or by force majeure. In any case, QUANTEX's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the affected service during the last three months. Nothing in the foregoing limits the rights granted to consumers by Paraguayan Law No. 1334/98 on Consumer and User Protection.

10. Term and cancellation

Recurring services renew automatically for equal periods unless either party gives written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance, or as provided in the contract. Work already performed and periods already started are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site and do not affect contracts already signed.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Asunción, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to consumers by law.
